Availability

• Position: Full-Time
• Schedule: Flexible, shift-based
• Typical Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Facility Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Shift Differential: 10% for hours worked beyond regularly scheduled 36 hours

Licenses & Certifications

• Provider: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board Status: Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in urgent care, emergent care, or primary care

• Setting: Urgent Care
• Patient Care: Fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support: Strong/robust support staff
• Diagnostics: Onsite lab, X-ray, and point-of-care testing
• Service Area: High-growth market
