A well-established, physician-led health system in Northeastern Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its growing Otolaryngology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy practice with excellent compensation, comprehensive support, and a strong referral network within a regional referral center.

Practice Details
 

• Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist
• H-1B visa candidates are welcome
• Join 3 established Otolaryngologists
• Equal share of call
• Opportunity to establish a thriving ENT practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment
• Strong referral base
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits
 

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $600,000
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $75,000 Student Loan Repayment over three years of the contract
