455-bed regional referral center in Northeastern Kentucky, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join its growing neurosurgery program. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with excellent compensation, strong referral support, and the resources of a large regional healthcare system serving patients throughout Kentucky and Ohio.

Practice Details
 

• Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon
• H-1B visa candidates are welcome
• Join 2 full-time and 2 part-time Neurosurgeons
• Ready-made practice with an established referral base
• Strong network of referring primary care physicians and specialists
• Opportunity to practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment

Compensation & Benefits
 

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $900,000
• WRVU Productivity Bonus
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $75,000 Student Loan Repayment
