A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Staten Island, New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive outpatient setting with a stable patient population, competitive compensation, and an excellent work-life balance in one of Staten Island’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Practice Details
 

• Full-time or Part-time, permanent position
• Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN, NP, or PA required
• Outpatient-only practice
• Due to the patient population, providers should be able to speak conversational Russian
• Expected start within 1–3 months
• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM one Saturday per month
• Phone call only approximately once every two months
• Average daily patient census: 20–24 patients
• Work alongside 2–3 experienced providers
• EMR: Solid Practice
• H-1B visa candidates are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
 

• Annual Salary: $100,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Health Insurance (available for providers working at least 30 hours per week)

• 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off (prorated based on hours worked)
• $1,000 Annual CME Reimbursement
• Vacation benefits available in proportion to hours worked
