Suffolk County, Long Island, New York – Interventional Cardiologist Job

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Interventional Cardiologist

• Candidates should be board certified/eligible in both Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology

• Location: Suffolk County, Long Island

• Join an established and stable cardiovascular practice with strong referral patterns and growing demand for advanced interventional heart services

• Work at state-of-the-art facilities equipped to provide comprehensive cardiac care

• Provide 24-hour STEMI and non-invasive call, including out-of-house call

• Participate in shared call coverage within a collegial group

• Cover interventional and non-invasive cardiology call on assigned dates

• Manage STEMI and other urgent catheterization needs

• Weekend responsibilities may include STEMI and urgent cath coverage, with non-invasive rounding covered by other physicians as applicable

• Provide inpatient rounding during daytime hours

• Typical inpatient volume is approximately 15-20 patients per day

• Advanced Practice Provider support available for daily patient rounding

• Opportunity for meaningful clinical autonomy and the ability to influence the continued development of the interventional heart program

• Strong emphasis on patient-centered, community-based care

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team

• Candidates should possess strong diagnostic, assessment, treatment, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Compensation: $400,000-$500,000

• Salary range is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits

• Actual compensation may vary based on experience, training, community need, and other factors
