Locums ENT — Ephrata, Pennsylvania

Availability & Contract

• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Start: ASAP
• Approval End Date: April 30, 2027
• Monthly Coverage: 5 OR days + 7 clinic days
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Clinic Lunch: 30 minutes
• OT Hours: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 4:00 PM
• 24-Hour Call: December 23 at 7:00 AM through December 29 at 7:00 AM
• Call Back: Approximately 0–2 hours

License & Credentialing

• Pennsylvania Medical License: Required
• IMLC: Accepted; required to present
• DEA: Required
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Required Certification: ACLS

Experience

• Experience Required: 1+ year
• Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Details

• Setting: Clinic and Hospital
• Patient Population: All ages
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 26–27 patients per day
• Surgical Volume: Approximately 6 cases per day
• Call Volume: Approximately 0–2 hours of callback
• Case Mix: General ENT
• Preferred Experience: Comfortable with parathyroid procedures and Cochlear Baha
• Support Staff: Medical assistants and clinical support assistants
• Surgery: Outpatient patients of all ages; patients requiring admission are transferred to York
