Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to serve as Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery
Opportunity to lead an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program
Seeking a surgeon with 5-7 years of post-fellowship experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
Must be able to collaborate with medical staff to educate colleagues and promote current and advanced procedures
Excellent resources and infrastructure, including:
- 2 dedicated Cardiac ORs
- 9 General ORs
- 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
- 1 hybrid room
- Additional cath labs at two other hospitals within the health system
- 24/7 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
- 12-bed CVICU
- Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit
Compensation:
- $975,000 base salary guaranteed for two years
- Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive
- $50,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
- $10,000 relocation assistance
