Locums Orthopedics NP/PA — Rome, Georgia

Availability & Contract

• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• End Date: January 4, 2027
• Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours + call
• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off when working a full week, Monday–Sunday
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Clinic Lunch: 1 hour
• Call: 5:00 PM–7:00 AM, plus weekends on rotation
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes
• Call Ratio: 1:2

Current Coverage Needs

• November 2: 7:00 AM – November 5, 7:00 AM
• November 30: 7:00 AM – December 7, 7:00 AM
• December 30: 6:00 AM – January 4, 2027, 7:00 AM

License & Credentialing

• Board Certification: Required
• Georgia License: Active GA license required OR Compact License accepted
• ABLS: Required

• Patient Volume: Approximately 12 per shift

• 2 Orthopedic Physicians
• 2 APPs, with 1 APP position currently vacant
• 2 Medical Assistants in clinic
• Full nursing support in inpatient and ED settings
