Locums - Lansing, Michigan, Gynecologic Oncology Opening

Start Date: January 1, 2027
Expected Duration: Ongoing

Coverage & Setting:

• Hospital-based Gynecologic Oncology
• Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage
• Call ratio: 1:4
• Specific call schedule: TBD
• Level I Trauma setting
• 100% adult patient population

Patient Volume:

• Clinic: Approximately 20 patients per day
• OR: Approximately 3–4 cases per day when scheduled in the OR

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• Gynecologic Oncology clinic
• Inpatient consultations
• Gynecologic surgical cases
• Chemotherapy oversight has transitioned to Medical Oncology

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology – Preferred pathway
• Truly Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology candidates may also be considered with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Active Michigan medical license – Required
• IMLC/compact licensing not accepted
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• DEA – Required
