AVAILABILITY

• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Coverage: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Coverage Type: Outpatient clinic and clinic call
• On-Call Requirement: Clinic call only
• Reason for Coverage: Recruitment gap
• Practice: 100% Adult Outpatient
• Average Volume: 15–20 patients per day
• Work Location: Lapeer, Michigan — REQUIRED
• Important: Provider must understand they will physically work in Lapeer

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

• Medical Oncology & Hematology Board Certification: REQUIRED
  • Truly Board Eligible providers will be considered
• BLS: REQUIRED
• ACLS: REQUIRED
• Michigan License: Active MI license REQUIRED
• IMLC: Not accepted
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Cerner Experience: Preferred

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Hematology outpatient care
• Oncology outpatient care
• Participation in tumor board
• Adult outpatient practice
• Clinic call as needed

PRACTICE & SUPPORT

• EMR: Cerner
• Cerner Familiarity: Preferred
• Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic
• Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance

Support Staff:

• Oncology RNs
• Medical Assistants
• Social Worker
• Dietitian
• Nurse Navigator

Onsite Services:

• Infusion center

• Onsite CBCs

• Recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing
