RecruitWell is partnering with a well-established, private group is recruiting a Critical Care physician to join their practice. The role will be working exclusively working 7on/7off in the ICU from 7pm-7am.  

Clinical Overview

Inpatient Work Schedule/Responsibilities:

Schedule: 7on/7off
Hours: 7pm-7am
Float between two area hospitals (will only cover 1 hospital during block of shifts)

Practice Information

Group Size: 6 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians & 3 Dedicated Intensivists 
Affiliated with 3 area hospitals
Academic Affiliation – Teaching opportunities for residents and fellows

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Critical Care
Accepted Pathways: Internal Medicine - Critical Care, Anesthesia - Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care
Must be able to manage Medical ICU Patients
Open to experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates
Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and referring providers
