Schedule & Availability

Standard Schedule: 10-hour shifts

Hours: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Vacation Coverage: 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Assignment: 3–6 months with possible extension

Call: No CRNA call

Late Stays: Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required

Schedule: Discussed with Chief CRNA

Locations: CRNA will float between:

DuBois
Clearfield
Brookville

Practice Setting:

11 ORs
2 hospital GI suites
3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endoscopy center
Bronchoscopy lab
Cath lab

Anesthesia Team

4 anesthesiologists per day
15–18 CRNAs per day
No AAs
CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction
Maximum medical direction ratio: 4:1

Patient Volume

Average Daily Census: Approximately 40 anesthesia cases per day, including endoscopy

Individual CRNA Volume Varies: Examples include:

10–15 GI cases
6–8 cystoscopies
3–4 general cases

Adults and Pediatrics

Pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Required Experience: 2 years
