Position Highlights
Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting.
Perform pain management procedures, including extremity and musculoskeletal injections (training provided).
Manage medications and treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified Pain Management and PM&R physicians.
Document examinations, diagnoses, and treatments accurately in the EMR system.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
QualificationsLicensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
1–2 years of post-training clinical experience preferred
Master’s degree or higher required; completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $125,000–$145,000, commensurate with experience.
