Our client is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to their hospital-managed anesthesia team serving two hospitals and an ASC in the Palm Coast, Florida area.
This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high-performing environment with a strong team model and a diverse case mix. You will work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a setting that values quality, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
The role offers a diverse surgical case mix, minimal call, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical environment built around high-quality patient care, teamwork, and work-life balance.
Clinical Role
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible CRNA
Hospital-managed anesthesia program
Team model of 9 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs
New Grads Accepted
What You Can Expect
Collaborative anesthesia care team environment
Diverse cases including general surgery, orthopedics, GI, gynecology, plastics, urology, and interventional radiology
Opportunity to work with advanced technology and procedures, including robotic surgery with Da Vinci and Mako systems
Regional anesthesia experience supporting ERAS pathways and a strong orthopedic program
Minimal call burden designed to support work-life balance
One-site-at-a-time coverage model for a focused, manageable workload.
Timely breaks and lunch coverage built into scheduling.
Strong, well-established orthopedic program.
Regional anesthesia experience supporting ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) pathways.
Compensation & Bonus Details
$100,000 starting bonus for eligible full-time hires, paid in the first paycheck.
Two-year commitment required.
Total compensation of approximately $236,250–$317,625, with a compensation model designed to exceed current market offerings.
Full hospital-employed benefits package.
