Urology Physician Opportunity - Johnstown, PA
Position Overview
RecruitWell is seeking a Urology Physician for a Locum Tenens assignment at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. This is a scheduled clinical hours plus call position starting ASAP on an ongoing basis. The role involves a mix of call and clinic coverage, with typically 3-4 days of call per week in a Level 1 Trauma facility.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a mix of call and clinic coverage with approximately 3-4 days of call per week
Round on patients, typically 2-4 inpatients
Respond to consults in a timely manner, averaging 5-7 consults
See approximately 15-20 patient encounters per shift
Maintain hospital privileges and participate in medical staff activities
Candidate Requirements
Current PA license or IMLC (preference given)
Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery)
Fellowship preferred
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
Estimated credentialing time: 14 days
