Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Position Overview
Vascular and Interventional Radiology position Monday - Friday 7:30a-3:30p with no call.
Key Responsibilities
Vascular and Non-Vascular Procedures: Proficiency in embolization (e.g., for trauma, GI bleeds), angiograms, thrombolysis, IVC filter placements/removals, etc.
Emergency IR Procedures: Including trauma embolization (e.g., splenic, hepatic, pelvic), nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages—often on an urgent or emergent basis.
Read diagnostic cases in between procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Valid, unrestricted Michigan medical license.
ABR certification.
DEA License.
BLS certification.
