Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Opportunity - Ft Mohave, AZ
Position Overview
RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for a Locum Tenens assignment at Valley View Medical Center in Ft Mohave, Arizona. This is a call coverage position running from August 3, 2026 through January 4, 2027, with specific coverage dates during the holiday season. The position offers the opportunity to provide critical obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in both clinic and hospital settings
Cover call shifts with a 30-minute response time requirement
Manage patient consultations, averaging 2-3 patients per shift
Handle phone consultations, averaging 2-3 per shift
High-risk and trauma patients will be transferred to a trauma center
Participate in both inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic duties
Utilize HMS Med Host and CPOE electronic medical record systems
Candidate Requirements
Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Certified status required, must be on Arizona state radar)
Active medical license in Arizona or IMLC membership
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Fellowship training preferred
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available

Travel Reimbursement Guidelines:
Lodging: $300 per night (includes taxes and fees)
