Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking 2 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA. Coverage Type: Inpatient
Schedule Type: Hospital and Call
Call Type: 24-hour weekend call (beeper)
Specific Dates and Shift Times:
October 26-29: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
October 30 - November 1: 24-hour call shifts
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 hours
Overtime applies after 8 hours worked per day
Call Response Time Required: 20-30 minutes
Patient Encounters per Shift: 7-10
EMR System: Epic
Candidate Requirements
Active California nursing license required
Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) status
Current DEA registration required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Current CV required and must be uploaded with bid
24 months of relevant activity documentation required
Completed application separate from RFA
References on standby for immediate response
Clean credentialing file required - providers with settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions are not eligible for temporary privileges
Malpractice insurance included (required)
