Candidate Requirements
Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified required
License: Oklahoma state license required
Fellowship: Required
Credentials: Board certification must be on file or obtained within 30 days
Required Certifications:
ABLS (Advanced Burn Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
