Locums – Kansas City, Missouri, Anesthesiology Job (IMLC Accepted)

Start Date & Duration:

• Start Date: 11/1/2026
• Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Coverage & Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Weekend Call: Friday 5:00 p.m.–Monday 7:00 a.m.
• Variable night and weekend call
• Beeper call

Patient Volume & Setting:

• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Population: All ages
• No CV, neuro, or trauma
• Higher volume of OB
• In-house CRNA present
• MD call is activated for C-sections or OR cases, but not for epidurals unless the CRNA needs support

Support & Systems:

• Support Staff: Residents, AAs, and CRNAs
• EMR: Epic

Procedures & Case Mix:

• Mostly general and OB
• No hearts, neuro, or trauma

Requirements:

• Active Missouri license required
• DEA required
• Board Certification required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 1+ years
• Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
