Clinical Role:

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Permanent job opening
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Outpatient primary care setting
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative care, wellness visits, acute care, chronic disease management, screenings, and patient education
Must be passionate about working with underserved populations and improving access to quality healthcare
Patient census: approximately 14–16 patients per day
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
Must have a current, valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas or be eligible to obtain one
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Must possess strong computer/technology skills to efficiently document using the EMR system and communicate virtually with colleagues
