Position Overview
Locum Tenens opportunity for an Orthopaedic Surgery Physician. This is a scheduled clinical hours plus call position with beeper call coverage. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient practice settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Manage patient encounters (5-7 per shift)
Participate in call coverage with 15-minute response time requirement
Perform rounding activities (both inpatient and outpatient)
Candidate Requirements
Arizona license and DEA registration required
Board certified or board eligible
NPDB documentation and case logs at least 2 years old required
Licensed in AZ or IMLC

Trauma Level 4 facility
Credentialing timeline: 5-7 days
