24/7 coverage needed
Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage Opportunity
Coverage Dates:
10/30 (7am) - 11/07 (7am) - Inpatient 24 Hour Call
12/18 (7am) - 12/26 (7am) - Inpatient 24 Hour Call
12/26 (7am) - 01/02 (7am) - Inpatient 24 Hour Call
10/19-10/23: Outpatient Clinic (8am-5pm)
11/16-11/20: Outpatient Clinic (8am-5pm)
12/14-12/18: Outpatient Clinic (8am-5pm)
Clinical Role:
General Urology Services Only
3 Da Vinci Xi surgical robots w/ motion table
They heavily utilize robotics - Robotics Experience Strongly Preferred
1-2 cases per day
Inpatient Information:
Volume: 8-12 in patients undergoing care in the hospital for post-op recovery, acute infections, severe kidney stones
1-2 inpatients a night
2-3 phone consults a night
3-5 consults per day
2-5 cases on the weekends
Bread & Butter: Stones through the ED + flup, high rate of late stage cancer cases
Outpatient Clinic Work:
8-5pm M-F
Volume: 20-25 patients per day
Procedures:
Transrectal Ultrasounds
Prostate Biopsy
Cytoscopy
Cytoscopy Stent Removals
Vasectomy
Xiaflex (not required)
Trixix
Bladder Botox
Testicular Nerve Block
Ggemcitabine
Penile Lesion Removal
Scrotal Lesion
Female Slings
Qualifications:
Board Certification: Urology
Licensure: Active California Medical License
DEA – Required
Strong communication, multitasking, and independent clinical decision-making skills
