• 24-hour call

Support & Systems:

• Support Staff: APP during the day
• EMR: Cerner
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Hospital Bed Size: 269 beds

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona license or IMLC LOQ required to submit
• DEA required
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• Credentialing: Emergency credentialing offered
