Clinical Role

Seeking a Neurologist for a locums Neurohospitalist opportunity in Largo, Florida. The majority of patients are stroke patients, with specialty and Tele-Neurology backup available. There is also potential for teaching responsibilities within a residency program.

Assignment Details

• Coverage Dates: December 7, 2026-February 21, 2027
• Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 am-5:00 pm
• Coverage: Provider must remain on-site for the entire shift
• Patient Volume: Approximately 10-15 patient encounters per day, with anticipated growth up to 19
• Patient Mix: Majority stroke patients
• Support: Specialty backup and Tele-Neurology backup available
• Teaching: Potential teaching opportunity with a residency program
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
