POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Findlay, Ohio.
This position offers significant professional autonomy, strong referral support, advanced technology, and the opportunity to build a practice based on individual interests and expertise.
The practice is structured as approximately:
- 50% General ENT
- 50% Subspecialty Focus

- Head & Neck Oncology
- Otology / Neurotology
- Facial Plastic Surgery
- Sleep Surgery
- Laryngology / Voice Disorders
- Advanced sinus surgery
SCHEDULE & CLINICAL VOLUME
- Typical schedule is approximately 3 clinic days and 2 operating room days per week
- Physicians have significant input regarding schedule design, patient volumes, and practice operations
- Average clinic volume: approximately 25–30 patients per day
- Backup call responsibilities as assigned
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Maintain a balanced General ENT and subspecialty-focused practice
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditions
- Perform outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology procedures
- Develop and expand subspecialty services based on physician expertise and community needs
- Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialty physicians
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Contribute to continued growth of the ENT program
