Locums - North Conway, New Hampshire | Nocturnist Opportunity

Clinical Role

Seeking a Board Certified Nocturnist for holiday locums coverage in North Conway, New Hampshire. The provider will manage overnight admissions and admitted adult patients, including an open ICU with no tele-intensivist support.

Schedule & Coverage

• Coverage Dates: December 23-26 and December 30-31, 2026
• Shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
• Call: None
• Reason for Coverage: Provider leave

Practice Setting & Patient Volume

• Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Admissions: Approximately 3-8 per shift
• Patient Census: Up to 25 patients
• ICU: Open ICU

Clinical Responsibilities

• Overnight admissions and management of admitted patients
• Must be comfortable independently managing higher-acuity conditions without tele-intensivist support
• Experience managing DKA and AFib with RVR required
• Comfortable managing ventilated patients in collaboration with Respiratory Therapy

Requirements & Systems

• Board Certification required
• Active New Hampshire license required
• COVID and flu vaccinations required
• EMR: Epic
