Clinical Role

Seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for an ongoing locums opportunity in Petoskey, Michigan. This is an inpatient cardiology and call coverage position with dedicated APP support.

Schedule & Coverage

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Coverage: 24-hour call
• Shift: 6:00 am-6:00 am
• Setting: Inpatient with call coverage; no clinic

Procedures & Clinical Skills

• Echocardiography
• Treadmill stress testing
• Chemical stress testing
• Interpretation of diagnostic studies

Support & Systems

• Three inpatient APPs work alongside and support the cardiology provider
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certified in Cardiology required
• Active Michigan license required
• Must reside in Michigan or within driving distance of Michigan; drive-in candidates only
• DEA required; verbal confirmation required at name clear
• Clean background required for expedited credentialing; no exceptions
