Clinical Role

Seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for locums coverage in Sellersburg, Indiana. This opportunity offers 12-hour physician shifts with APP support and the potential for approved 24-hour shifts for experienced providers.

Schedule & Coverage

• Coverage Dates: December 14, 2026-June 30, 2027
• Coverage: Monday-Sunday
• Physician Shifts: 7:00 am-7:00 pm and 7:00 pm-7:00 am
• Physician Coverage: 24 hours daily
• APP Coverage: Approximately 18-24 hours daily
• 24-Hour Shifts: May be approved based on patient volume; available only to physicians who have previously worked with the group
• Sleep Room: Available

Practice Setting & Patient Volume

• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 27,692 patients
• ED Beds: 12
• Average Patients Per Hour: Approximately 3.0 during the day and 0.6 overnight
• Portable bedside ultrasound available

Requirements & Systems

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• ABEM required
• Active Indiana license required
• EMR: Epic
