Clinical Role:

• Seeking a CRNA for ongoing locum tenens coverage
• Coverage needed due to an employee retirement; the employee’s last day is November 6
• Preferred orientation date: November 2 to avoid a gap in care
• Start: ASAP based on credentialing, with ongoing coverage needed
• Alpena is a care team model facility. Yes, they need to be comfortable/have experience with epidurals.
• Orientation/proctoring: One business day
• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Case mix includes:
  • General surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Urology
  • OB/GYN
  • Cataracts
  • Endoscopy
• Experience with spinals preferred
• EMR: Epic
• Dictation and case logs completed in Epic
• Active Michigan CRNA license required
• Credentialing typically takes 30 days
