Position Overview
Call only locum tenens coverage for obstetrics and gynecology. This is an inpatient position supporting call coverage needs due to department restructuring. The assignment is for October 23-26, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Beeper call coverage with a 20-minute call response time required. Call ratio is 1:3. Patient encounters per shift average 1-2, with 3-4 average phone consults. Rounding on assigned patients with 1-2 admissions expected. Hands-on percentage is minimal. Supervise no other providers and work without supervision.
Candidate Requirements
Licensed in Oregon. Board certification eligible required. NRP and EFM certifications required. Malpractice insurance provided by vendor. Temporary privileges available; hospital privileges not required.
