Locums – Carmichael, California, Interventional Cardiology Job

Position Overview

• Opening for 1 Interventional Cardiologist
• Help cover 1–2 weekends per month for call coverage
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 1 year
• FTE: Per diem

Coverage Dates

• 12/18–12/20
• 1/22–1/24
• 2/19–2/21

Schedule

• 1–2 weekends per month
• Friday at 5 PM through Monday at 8 AM
• Weekend call coverage

Practice Setting

• Setting: Inpatient / Hospital – no clinic
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: Hospital staff
• Reason for Coverage: Coverage while backfilling several Interventional Cardiology positions

Requirements

• CA License
• Board Certified Interventional Cardiology
• Airway Management Training required

Credentialing

• Standard credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Hospital and foundation privileges required
