Clarksville, Tennessee, Family Medicine Opening

Clinical Role

• Permanent position
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• All ages
• Average patient panel: approximately 2,300
• Patient volume goal: 20-25 patients per day
• Initial ramp-up begins at approximately 1 patient per hour and gradually increases
• Provider controls the pace of ramp-up; slower ramp-up may result in a longer path to shareholdership
• Quality-based model with expanding value-based care participation

Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Call approximately 2-3 times per year
• Phone-only call as backup to the after-hours answering service
• Family Medicine physicians supervise APPs in the same-day clinic during their call weekend

Practice Model & Support

• 1 dedicated MA per provider
• Additional float MAs assist with rooming patients for 2-3 physicians
• On-site internal coding team available for support
• APP supervision in the same-day clinic may begin after 90 days
• Additional APP supervision opportunities may apply after becoming a shareholder
• Athena EMR

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine MD/DO
• Tennessee license required before credentialing can begin
• Credentialing may take up to 90 days after Tennessee license issuance
