Clinical Role

• Coverage: November 2, 2026-April 26, 2027
• Outpatient primary care
• Adult patient population, ages 18+
• Approximately 2 patients per hour
• No procedures required

Schedule & Coverage

• 24 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Ideal schedule:
  • Monday: 10 hours
  • Wednesday afternoon: 4 hours
  • Friday: 10 hours
• No call

Practice Setting & Support

• Medical Assistant provided to support the clinician

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board certification required
• Active Connecticut license required
