Locums – Towson, Maryland – Cardiac Electrophysiologist Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible cardiac electrophysiologist

• IMLC candidates welcome
  Physician needed for 1-2 shifts per week

• Coverage primarily focuses on procedures in the electrophysiology lab

• Work alongside an established EP team, including nurses, technologists, and advanced practice providers

• Responsibilities include:

  • Pre-procedure patient assessments

  • Performing scheduled EP procedures

  • Remaining available as clinically appropriate during post-procedure recovery

• Limited outpatient coverage may be available based on physician availability and program needs, including:

  • New patient and follow-up consultations

  • ECG review

  • Cardiac monitor interpretation

  • Review of implanted cardiac devices

• Flexible coverage arrangement based on physician availability, expertise, and the needs of the EP program

• EMR: Epic
