Locums Issaquah, WA - OBGYN outpatient clinic coverage. Seeking OBGYN providers to help in the outpatient clinic every month.
Key Responsibilities
Coverage Type: Outpatient
Schedule Type: Clinic only
Call Type: N/A
Schedule (per Week): Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift Times: 7a-3p / 8a-7p
Provider minimum shifts required: 10-15 per month
Clinic shifts needed: 5-10 shifts/month (January-April), 10-15 shifts/month (April-at least Oct)
Patient encounters per shift: 20
Candidate Requirements
License: Active only, licensed in WA or IMLC
Board Certification: BC only (Certified)
DEA Required: Yes
BLS: Required
Current CV: Must be uploaded to bid
Hospital Privileges: Required
