NP or PA candidates are both welcome to apply
Client is looking to add one additional provider ASAP
Full-time, outpatient-only opportunity
Monday-Friday
8:00a-5:00p
No hospital responsibilities
No nursing home responsibilities
Outpatient geriatric practice
Strong focus on value-based care
Excellent patient volume with a maximum cap of 11 patients per day
Managed care and/or value-based care experience preferred
Prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of post-training experience
Office-based call rotation of 1:3 weekends
- Phone call only
- No in-person visits
- Call is limited to issues involving established office patients

Established outpatient geriatric practice

Base salary of $110,000-$125,000, based on experience
Base salary reevaluated every two years
$5,000 incentive bonus every six months
