Licensure

• Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license

• Must have or be eligible for a Controlled Substance License

Board Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Education & Training

• MD or DO

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent

• Completed Internal Medicine residency

• Completed Palliative Medicine fellowship

• Experienced physicians or graduating fellows considered

• Experience with a busy inpatient service preferred

• Strong clinical and technical skills

• Highly efficient
