Licensure & Requirements

• DEA required

• Caselogs required

• Proof of experience with:

  • Epidurals

  • Spinals

  • Blocks

• Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Clinical Requirements

Must be comfortable performing cases including:

• Endoscopy

• OB/GYN

• Pediatrics

• Urology

• ENT

• Ophthalmology

• Orthopedics

Practice Model

• Supervision of CRNAs

• Performing own cases

• Surgical call coverage while working
• 20-minute call response time
