Locums – DuBois, Pennsylvania, Trauma Surgery Openings

Clinical Role

• Level II Trauma Center
• Adult patient population
• Ongoing coverage through March 2027
• Approximately 7-10 shifts per month
• Broad Trauma Surgery coverage

Schedule & Coverage

• October 5-7: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
• October 9-11: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
• Additional ongoing shifts through March 2027

Practice Setting & Case Mix

• Hospital-based surgical setting
• Four trauma bays in the Emergency Department
• Trauma cases may include abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical injuries
• Cerner EMR

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certification required
• Surgical Critical Care fellowship required
• Active Pennsylvania license required; candidates needing licensure will not be considered
• ATLS required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1-2 years of post-fellowship experience
• Clean background required for expedited October privileges
• Minor malpractice settlements may be considered
