Locums – Huntsville, Texas Interventional Radiologist Opening

Start Date

• Open to Locums to Perm
• Onsite only

Schedule

• 3 days per week, Monday–Friday
• Provider can choose which 3 days to work
• Onsite hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call
• Option for providers to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely

Practice Details

• Bread-and-butter Interventional Radiology
• Volume: TBD
• Higher volume expected during peak times such as Spring Break
• Radiology Director will collaborate with the provider to build a schedule based on comfort level

Qualifications

• Board Certified by the ABR required
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology required
• Active Texas license required
• DEA required
• Willing to license
• BLS Required

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days
