Locums – Paris, Texas, Pediatrics Hospitalist Job (IMLC Accepted)

Start Date: ASAP

Coverage & Schedule

• Coverage: 7-10 Days/Month to include a weekend
• Urgent Dates - 10/29 - 11/2
• Ongoing Availability:
• 12/5-12/12 or 12/6-12/13 (can be flexible)

• Call only

• 7a–7a shifts

• Beeper call

• 30-minute call response time required

• Assigned/Unassigned Patients

Call & Patient Volume

• Average call numbers per 24 hours:

  • Phone Consults: 2–3

  • Patients Seen: 1–2

  • Admissions: 1–2

Patients per shift: 4–8

• Circumcisions Required  

Facility Details

• 3 Pediatric beds

• 14 Nursery beds

• Trauma Level III

• Pediatric Trauma Level I

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• EMR: MediTech

Requirements

• Board Certified

• Active Texas license or IMLC Accepted

• BLS Certification Required

• PALS Certification Required
