Locums – Eureka, California Dentist Job

Start Date: ASAP
Job Duration: 3 months with option to extend

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Patient Mix & Volume

• Approximately 50% pediatric / 50% adult

• Provider must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

• Approximately 16–18 patients per day

Practice Details

• EMR: Epic

• Charts must be closed within 72 hours

Requirements

• Active California License

• Active DEA required

• BLS Certification required
