Permanent primary care opportunity

Seeking four Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Physician Assistants

Reason for need: New clinic opening

Anticipated Opening: April–August 2027; exact date to be determined

The organization anticipates opening its first expansion location in April 2027, with additional locations opening approximately monthly thereafter.

Work exclusively at the West Bay location.

Client is interviewing candidates now.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of post-training clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or a similar outpatient setting.

New graduates are not eligible.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must work five days per week
• Outpatient only
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Walk-in patient care model
• Access to fully functioning immediate care services for referrals
• Rotating phone call responsibilities with very rare call volume
• Nurse triage line handles calls; providers are contacted only for severe emergencies
• EMR: Athena

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $120,000

Realistic On-Target Earnings: $165,000
