Position Overview

Seeking two full-time providers for coverage including first assisting and outpatient urology clinic. Long-term coverage beginning in November until permanent providers are hired. Providers will be assisting in surgeries at least one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Coverage Type: Inpatient and Outpatient

Schedule Type: Clinic and Call

Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call

Schedule (per week): Monday-Friday plus overnight and weekend call

Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Lunch: 1 hour unpaid

Full-time, 40 hours per week with guaranteed 8 hours per day

Call ratio: 1:4 with 20-minute response time required

Candidate Requirements

Active license in Washington or IMLC accepted

Board Certification: Certified minimum

DEA license: Required

Outpatient Urology experience: Required

Surgical first assisting experience: Required

BLS certification: Required

Hospital Privileges: Required

Estimated credentialing time: 90 days

Long-term housing budget: $3,600 per month (pre-approval required)
