Locums – Palm Beach County, Florida, Radiation Oncologist Job

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Palm Beach County, Florida. If you or a colleague might be interested, ask us about our generous referral bonuses.

Position Details

• Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist

• Maternity leave coverage: December 2026–March 2027

• Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• During maternity leave coverage, see approximately four new patients per day

• New patient consultations only; no radiation therapy responsibilities during this coverage

• Following the initial consultation, patients will transition to the practice’s other physician for ongoing care

• Additional coverage needed: January 20–26, 2027

• Possible additional coverage in spring 2027

Practice Setting

• Community hospital setting

• Bread-and-butter radiation oncology services

• Overall practice patient census: 35–40

• Practice modalities: External beam treatments, with some SRS/SBRT and HDR

• Equipment and software: Varian TrueBeam, Varian Trilogy, Accuray CyberKnife, Elekta HDR unit, ARIA, and Eclipse

• EMR: Epic
