Position Overview
An established healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its team in Lake Forest, California. This opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering comprehensive women's healthcare.

Comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team

Strong focus on quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and continuity of care
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including prenatal and postpartum care, well-woman exams, contraceptive management, and office-based gynecologic procedures.
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and women's health needs.
Coordinate specialty referrals, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, urogynecology, and gynecologic oncology, as appropriate.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams to support quality care and improved patient access.
Participate in call coverage, clinical program development, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned.
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and complete EHR encounters, order entry, and inbox management according to established protocols.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active California medical license and DEA registration.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.
Two years of clinical experience preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered.
Experience with electronic health records, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
Reliable transportation to report for scheduled shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary of $325,000–$375,000
