Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP

• Position Type: Permanent, full-time

• Schedule: Eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month

• Location Requirement: Must reside within the immediate local area; relocation may be required

???????Position Highlights

• 15-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 6

• Newborn nursery with an average daily census of 5

• Collegial, experienced neonatal team

• Advanced NICU services, including:

  • Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)

  • High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)

  • Whole-body cooling

  • Teleneurology

• Dedicated NICU staff and neonatal transport team

• Monthly high-risk infant follow-up clinic in collaboration with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)

• Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and national collaboration through a network of more than 300 NICUs

• Structured scheduling and collaborative team coverage to support work-life balance

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Active Wisconsin medical license

• Neonatology experience

• Active DEA registration
