Swing Shift ER Radiologist – Wilmington, Delaware

Position & Schedule

• Job Type: Permanent
• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Shift: Swing shift
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Workload: Primarily emergency department coverage, with some inpatient reads
• Average Productivity: 10–12 RVUs per hour

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $775,000
• Additional RVU Pay: $50 per RVU for every RVU above 90 during a shift
• Malpractice Insurance: Included
• Tail Coverage: Included
• Payment Schedule: First week of each month

Licenses & Qualifications

• Board Status: ABR Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Delaware Medical License: Active or eligible to obtain
• Licensing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
• Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology

Clinical Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of emergency-related imaging studies.
• Read MRI brain, CTA head and neck, CTA chest, and other ER imaging.
• Communicate urgent findings directly to the emergency department when necessary.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality radiology reports.
• Provide primarily emergency department coverage, with limited inpatient work.

• AI Tools: Aidoc and RapidAI integrated into the system
