Position & Schedule

• Job Type: Permanent, W-2
• Compensation: $515,000 annually, plus additional benefits
• Schedule: Flexible vacation scheduling; choose your vacation weeks
• Care Team Model: 50% solo practice / 50% supervision
• Eligible Candidates: Board-certified anesthesiologists; recent graduates may be considered

Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certification: Required
• Certification: ABA certification required
• Education: Medical degree and anesthesiology training required

Required Clinical Experience & Case Mix

• General anesthesia
• Interventional radiology (IR)
• Gastrointestinal (GI)
• Robotic surgery
• Neurology
• Spine and orthopedic procedures

Clinical Role

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical specialties.
• Work independently for approximately 50% of assignments.
• Supervise anesthesia care as part of a collaborative care team for the remaining 50%.
• Support safe, high-quality perioperative care.
